Meet The Artists Behind The Lens

Hi there! I’m Brook, a photographer, storyteller, and memory preserver based in Kalamazoo, Michigan. Photography has been part of my life since 2017, and what started as a creative passion quickly turned into something much deeper. I fell in love with capturing the in-between moments, the laughter, connection, and little details you never want to forget.

 I understand how quickly life moves and how important it is to document the stages of life we wish we could freeze in time. Whether I am photographing growing families, seniors stepping into new chapters, or couples celebrating love, my goal is always the same — to create images that feel genuine, emotional, and timeless.

My photography style focuses on storytelling and connection. I want sessions to feel relaxed, natural, and fun rather than overly posed or stressful. I guide clients through prompts and interaction so their personalities and relationships naturally shine through each image.

Since starting my photography journey, I have had the opportunity to photograph sessions across the United States in beautiful locations including Colorado, Utah, Arizona, Nevada, South Carolina, and beyond. Traveling for photography is something I truly love because it allows me to meet new people, experience new places, and capture unique love stories and family memories along the way.

While I am proudly based in Southwest Michigan, I am always excited to travel for weddings, elopements, and portrait sessions nationwide and internationally.
